Who publishes Grinance, who hosts it, and who answers for its content.
Publisher
Grinance, available at grinance.com, is published by a private individual acting on a non-professional, non-profit basis, within the meaning of Article 1-1, II of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). As that provision allows, the publisher remains anonymous to the public. Their name, first name and address have been given to the host named below, which keeps them and may disclose them only to the judicial authorities, on request, under Article 6 of the same law.
Publication director
The publication director is the publisher named above, under the same conditions of anonymity.
Hosting
Grinance is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com, privacyquestions@cloudflare.com). Cloudflare runs the app (Workers), the database (D1), the exchange-rate store (KV) and the email delivery (Email Service).
Intellectual property
The Grinance name, its logo, its texts and its interface belong to the publisher and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Reproducing them without permission is not allowed. The plan items you enter remain yours.
Responsibility for content
The publisher is responsible for the content of this site. Following a link to another site is at your own risk; that site's content is not Grinance's.
Personal data
The privacy policy describes what personal data the app holds, why, where it lives and how long it is kept, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
Reporting unlawful content
Grinance publishes no content from its users. If you find anything unlawful on the site, write to contact@grinance.com with the address of the page and a description of the problem. Every precise report is examined and acted on promptly, under Article 6 of the LCEN and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
