Where to write
Write to contact@grinance.com. One person runs Grinance and reads every message.
Privacy requests
Write to the same address for access, rectification, export or erasure requests. Grinance answers privacy requests within one month, as Article 12 of the GDPR requires.
Security issues
If you find a security vulnerability, write to the same address with the steps to reproduce it, and give Grinance a reasonable time to fix it before you make it public. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours while testing.
